KASIMU GARBA KURFI Managing Director / Chief Executive Officer Kasimu holds a B.Sc. (Accounting), 2nd Class Upper, from Bayero University, Kano, in 1987, and M.Sc. (Accounting) from University of Lagos. He was a Council Member of The Nigerian Stock Exchange, a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA) and a Fellow of Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (FCS). He is also an authorised Dealing Clerk of the Nigerian Exchange Limited. His working experience spans over twenty years (20) covering the public sector, oil and gas, financial services / stockbroking industry.

He started his career as an Accountant with the Ministry of Finance, Katsina, from where he was deployed to the State Ministry of Education. Later he joined African Petroleum Plc as an Internal Auditor and later moved to New Africa Merchant Bank Plc from where he was seconded to Newdevco Finance Services Company Limited. In the course of his career he was exposed to various aspects of management, accounting, the money market and capital market.

He left Newdevco to head the management team of APT SECURITIES AND FUNDS LIMITED as Managing Director/Chief Executive. He is also the Chairman of MTI Plc and MIMAC Resources Limited and also a Director in urban Development Bank of Nigeria Plc, APT Pension Funds Managers Limited, Clayberg Limited and APT Bureau de Change Limited, among other companies

HUDA KASSIM Head Finance and Accounts Huda holds a Bsc Degree in Accountancy from University of Maiduguri and a Master in Business Administration (MBA) from University of Lagos. In addition, she is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN).

With more than Fifteen (15) years working experience, she currently heads our Finance and Account department. Prior to this appointment she has worked as Chief Compliance Officer of APT Securities and Funds Limited, worked as the Acting Head of Internal Control & Compliance department of Leadcapital Plc. She has also worked at Maaji & Co (Chartered Accountants).

BALA YAHAYA Marketing & Business Development He holds Higher National Diploma (upper credit) in Secretarial Administration (now Office Technology Management) from Kaduna polytechnic (2002). He also holds a post graduate diploma in international relations and diplomacy (upper credit) from same institution (2004).

He obtained his master's degree in Public Administration (MPA) from Ahmadu Bello University Zaria (2015). He also attended several courses on Capital Market Operations, processes, trends, analysis and regulations, marketing and Business development, Corporate and Administrative Procedures

He was in the services of the Personnel Administration Department of United Nigerian Textiles plc. Kaduna before joining the services of apt securities & funds limited as one of the pioneer staff of Abuja office in 2005. His experience cuts across various aspects of the business ranging from Marketing & Business Development, operations, relationship management, branch control and administration, fund management services, processing of listing of companies on the Nigerian Exchange Limited, General Customer Service, liaising with sec on regulatory matters, liaising with various registrars on operational issues, processing of primary market activities, supervising of assigned company subsidiaries, etc.

OYELADE OLUWASHINA ABDULFATAI Head, Risk, Human Resources & Admin He holds HND Accounting from Federal Polytechnic Offa, Offa, Kwara State. He is an associate member of The Certified Pension Institute of Nigeria (ACIPN). He has over fifteen (15) years of experience in the stock-broking industry.

LUKMAN NUHU Head,Kano Branch Hold a Nigerian certificate in Education from Federal College of Education zaria , B.Sc Business Administration (with Specialization in Banking and Finance) from Ahmadu Bello University zaria and a Masters in Islamic banking and finance from Bayero University Kano.

he is currently a student of Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (cis). he stated his career in October 2008 with apt securities and funds ltd rising through the ranks. he has attended trainings in Compliance, Marketing and Risk management.

MUSA ILIYASU ISAH Head Trading Musa Iliyasu Isah holds a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) and Bachelors of Science Degree (Honours) in Business Administration, both from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. He is an Associate Chartered Stockbroker, an Authorized Dealing Clerk of the Nigerian Exchange limited, a Candidate member of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) as well as a Registered Sponsored Individual with The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

TINA SINTIM NIXON Head, Marketing/Portfolio Management Tina an infectious Communicator, Innovator and Strategist has over seventeen (17) years work experience in the Capital Market. She heads our Marketing/Portfolio Management/Customer Service Department with a passion for Portfolio Management strategy, wealth creation & Clients retainership.
